So, I went to my weekly yoga class and I was finally able to do a backbend! After six months of practicing yoga, I was so excited to be able to do one. Now, if I could only master a split and headstand….oh well! Anyway, it was nice to end a relaxing day with a great yoga class. I was pretty tired after this class so I’m hoping to be relaxing on the couch and getting ready for a busy holiday week!
